Shipping/Exchanges

Products sold on the website have a handling time of 1 business day, with the exception of a postal holiday. US shipping can take from 2-5 days, depending on where you live. 

Shipping is processed through Paypal, and tracking notifications are sent when your order is ready for shipment. **If you did not pay with Paypal, please allow at least 7 business days before requesting tracking information.

Due to the handmade nature of the products, returns cannot be accepted. Exchanges are allowed only if the incorrect item was shipped. Please email [email protected] for assistance with correcting your order.
